Oklahoma Employment Security Commission, a division of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, has several programs geared towards job training and employee recruitment and retention.

A unit of recruiters assigned to assist employers with a customized strategy of recruitment services though screening, qualified referrals, labor analysis, job fair event management and training assistance.

Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education
The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education (Career Tech) assists qualifying businesses by paying for training for employees in newly created jobs. Training can be done at one of 56 Technology Centers, including Moore Norman Technology Center in Norman, or at the company’s facility. Training agreements include instructor costs and training materials. Program services are determined by the number of new jobs created in targeted industries, wage rates, and benefits provided.
