The National Center for Employee Development (NCED) is a high technology training center. The NCED is a branch of the U.S. Post Office's Human Resources department. The facility is used to train postal workers, and other students, in the use of technological systems.

In addition to training Post Office employees, the NCED has the capabilities to train people in heat and air conditioning controls, elevator maintenance, environmental health and safety, automotive maintenance, natural gas vehicle maintenance, conveyor controls, programmable logic controllers, networking technology, and office computer software. Other companies on the OK9 technology corridor benefit from the training opportunities at the NCED.

NCED's Manager of the Information Technology branch, Rose Zvarick called the OK9 technology corridor, a community of like-minded people.
