Employees of Embassy Suites Norman Hotel and Convention Center recently celebrated the receipt of the 2009 Connie Award with a luncheon at the hotel. The award is presented to Embassy Suites’ top performing properties.

Of the 207 Embassy Suites world wide, the Norman hotel placed third. The results are based on three key components: Customer scores rating staff service, quality of the hotel’s physical accommodations and quality assurance audits measuring cleanliness, condition and brands standards.

Marci Jacobs, director of sales, welcomed fellow employees. “When the hotel and staff is recognized for superior quality, service and employee performance, it makes it easy to sell the hotel,” he said.
