Homeland Stores has announced plans to purchase seven
Albertsons stores, including two in Norman.

HeyDay Entertainment Center is a family fun center that will
open this August. The entertainment center offers a wide variety of
fun, from a 7,000 square-foot laser tag area to an 18-hole
miniature golf course.

OU's Price College of Business offers new program
The University of Oklahomas Price College of Business will
begin offering a masters degree in business administration in
fall 2007 that will feature a 16-month course of study, allowing
graduates to enter the workforce six months sooner than most
programs.

Medical records site aims to save time
OnlineMedSource Inc. is a web-based, interactive service that
eliminates filling out medical forms more than once and allows
doctors and patients instant access to those records.
OnlineMedSource Inc. went live online in 2003. Gross scales have
increased 289.5 percent from 2006 to May 2007.

Norman company completes rocket test firing
TGV Rockets Inc., a 10-year-old Norman-based company, recently
completed critical and successful test firings of a rocket engine
at NASAs Stennis Space Center in southern Mississippi,
according to TGV Rockets founder and CEO Pat Bahn.

Construction continues on East Village
Even though the rain has put a delay in the construction on the
East Village development at 12th Avenue SE and Lindsey Street, the
project is expected to be completed this summer.

Norman developer plans towering office/retail center
Sasson Moghadam, a Norman commercial builder/developer, will be
starting construction in about 60 days on Madison Square, a
100,00-square-foot office space and retail center. Madison Square
will be located on the northwest corner of 24th Avenue and Hemphill
Drive.

Missourian will become city manager
Lewis, the city administrator of Lee's Summit, Mo., was
offered the city manager position early this week and verbally
accepted it Thursday.
