Nextep, a Norman-based human resource-outsourcing firm was named the "Best Place to Work in Oklahoma" for the second consecutive year.

Nextep is the only recipient of the now two-year old award recognizing an Oklahoma company that excels in forming and cultivating an exceptional workplace. Workplaces were judged on their corporate culture, flexible work environment, emphasis on community and approach to client service.

The award is presented by a coalition of the Oklahoma State Human Resources Council, OKC Business, the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce and The Best Companies Group.
