A little bit of Italy will come to Norman this summer. Set to open May 19, Il Dolce Gelato, will serve gelato and sorbetto, as well as espresso and coffee drinks and a few pastries, Neil Buss, who owns the store with his wife Sommer, said.

“It’s just something that is not currently being served in Norman and we felt there was a need,” he said. “It’s something we love and hope brings a little bit of culture to Norman.”

Il Dolce Gelato will be located at 1318 N. Interstate Drive in the Robinson Crossing shopping center.
