Cleveland County Workforce Investment Board earns award

The Cleveland County Workforce Investment Board recently received
an award in recognition for the "Outstanding Achievement in Best
Practices" by the Governor's Council for Workforce and Economic
Development.
The award noted the organization's relationship with OU and the
internship program.
The award included $1,500, a valued certificate and a conference
ticket to the National Association of Workforce Boards Forum:
Vision for a New Economy Feb. 24-27, 2007, in Washington,
D.C.
"This award has bolstered our confidence in our services and
enabled us to move forward, giving Cleveland County our most
positive efforts," Workforce Director Candice Hyde, said.
