2002 Benchmark City Crime Survey
The Benchmark City Survey was originally designed in 1997 by a core
group of Police Chiefs. These chiefs sought to establish a
measurement tool to help ensure their departments were providing
the best service possible within their respective community.
The survey provides a wide range of information about each
department. With that information, the participating agencies
can set better goals and objectives, and compare their performance
in the various areas.

2005 Community Report Card
As one of the original LINK Norman initiatives, this Community
Report Card uses certain indicators to evaluate the quality of life
in Norman, Oklahoma. By providing citizens with information
about the needs in the Norman community, LINK Norman believes they
can define specific areas that crave attention, while celebrating
those areas where the Norman community has achieved excellence.
