Partners Place is located on the University of Oklahoma Research Campus (OURC), a 150-acre development adjacent to the University's main campus.

The initial phase of OURC incorporates an investment of $100 million and 400,000 square feet of space, including the National Weather Center and the Stephenson Research and Technology Center.

One Partners Place, a 50,000-square-foot office building, opened in the Fall 2004.  Currently, 40,000 square feet are leased with 10,000 square feet available.

The OURC is located in a designated Enterprise Zone, providing enhanced federal and state incentives.
