SWeNT opens nanotube plant
On Thursday, September 25th, the new
18,000-square-foot, $3.9 million facility to manufacture
single-walled nanotubes was dedicated with speeches, a ribbon
cutting, lots of smiles and one big hug. SWeNT is a former tenant
at eTec, NEDCs technology based incubator.

University named one of top 10 wired colleges
The University of Oklahoma was named the 10th most wired college
in the nation for its wired and wireless Internet accessibility and
online services, among other things.

celebrate their 15th anniversary. The Inn contributes to

Making a difference
The United Ways Appreciation Luncheon was a powerful testimony
given by several of Normans residents. United Way helps hold
up members of the community when they need it most.

Logans Roadhouse to open
A Logans Roadhouse will open Sept. 22 at NW 1250
24th Ave. The 6,533-square-foot restaurant will seat 237
guest. The restaurant employs 130 and will be the companys
second in the Oklahoma City area.

HealthCard company focuses on Norman
Oklahoma is gaining the corporate headquarters for publicly
traded Alliance HealthCard Inc., which is moving to the Norman
offices of Benefit Marketing Solutions.

Get up with the chickens
Chick-fil-A, a Sooner Mall mainstay for many years, will open a
free-standing restaurant in Norman. he restaurant, 2437 W. Main
St., is in front of Hobby Lobby and on the site formerly occupied
by Athletic Village.
